Infant Development Movement Sessions

Supporting infants with milestone delays, developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH), or delayed movement requires a thoughtful and nurturing approach. My specialized training program focuses on helping infants reach their developmental milestones through gentle, play-based techniques rooted in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) principles.
Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the child, promoting optimal movement patterns and strengthening the neuromuscular connections essential for growth and development. A key aspect of the program is empowering parents to actively support their child’s progress. Parents will learn how to incorporate play-based learning at home, using fun and engaging activities designed to enhance their baby’s motor skills and confidence naturally.
By addressing underlying imbalances, encouraging natural motor progression, and equipping parents with practical tools and exercises, this program ensures a comprehensive, collaborative approach to your baby’s development. Together, we’ll help your child move confidently and thrive while creating joyful moments of connection and learning.
